There are many subscribers who send us inquiries about how to strengthen their marketing, how to better sell their products and services and increase sales, and better organize your marketing, and other questions in this style, and for some time I wanted to respond some of these questions with a simple approach where common sense teem by all sides, and just a few days ago when I was meeting with one of my clients, some elementary aspects were organized to build a strategy step by step to a their company and I said to myself … this could help many of our subscribers, and nothing more, out came the issue that will share with you today …

As I explained, the issue is very simple, it is crumbling and restructure your business idea. This you can do with your computer, which I advise, or if you prefer, you can do so only in a quiet moment.

I’m not talking super you develop marketing strategies, I speak just to sharpen your common sense and try to re-organize the marketing of your company, specific business areas, and later “shelling” the entire business process of each of these areas and strengthen the weak spots, or the most appropriate according to your criteria.

For example, right now I asked you to define and recorded on a sheet, what are the different business areas within your company, what could? Ie, I want to define in writing all the ways or channels through which your company deposit money. How would you define it?
